Information that cannot be linked directly or indirectly to your real identity is not considered personal data.
Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data in Applications
If you apply to us electronically, for example via email or through our web form, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application process and carrying out pre-contractual measures.

In addition, we reserve the right to store your data for inclusion in our “Talent Pool” for 365 days after completion of the application process in order to identify potential further interesting positions for you. This may also apply, for example, to applications for apprenticeships or internships. By accepting this privacy policy, you consent to the possible extended storage of your data and inclusion in our Talent Pool.
If you receive and accept an offer of employment from us during the application process, the personal data collected as part of the application process will be stored at least for the duration of the employment relationship.
